The Thatch
KnockloughrimA thatched pub, on the road to Knockloughrim, that can be easily missed thanks to the bypass from Toomebridge to Magherafelt. This would be a pity as the food is excellent and the owners are friendly. Good food.
Owen's Bar
50 Main St. Limavady(028) 7772 2328 (T)
Old and interesting town centre bar with good parking outside. The bar inside is small but cosy. Several rooms lead off it and each has a character of its own. Staff and locals are friendly
The Angler's Rest
The Seacoast Road, Limavady(028) 7775 0265 (T)
This single storey country pub has a sculpted black and white exterior, hard to miss on the roadside. Inside it has a tiled floor, wood panelled walls and ceiling and a real fire in a brick fireplace. It is full of memorabilia that looks used, from hand made toy cars to fly fishing rods to farming implements and a personal collection of unusual beer mats. A good value Sunday lunch can be had.
The Mallard

The black plastered ceiling is supported by substantial plain wood beams and uprights. There is a separate lounge with comfortable seats and open fire . There is a large function room to the rear. Bar snack & pool table.
