JOHN YOUNG Emigrated to America and became a distinguished barrister in Indianapolis. He helped Lincoln in the presidential campaign of 1860. Young was appointed to the Diplomatic Corps and returned to Ireland in 1861 as Consul to the Port of Belfast. until 1866. He died in Indiana. |

ROBINSON Emigrated to Philadelphia and founded the American Stores Company and invented the shopping trolley. He donated funds for the erection and endowment of the Robinson Memorial Hospital (opened 1932) for the people of the district where he was born and in memory of his parents. |
